Golden Graham Flour is made from hard red spring wheat and is like a whole wheat flour, because they are both made from the same whole wheat. However, it is sifted during milling taking out 50% of the bran. It was made famous from its use in graham crackers. This flour is lower in calories than others and higher in protein while being rich in vitamins and minerals.
