Organic Wheat Bran

Wheat bran is the outer coating of the whole wheat kernel. Our bran has not been heated, steamed, cooked or altered in anyway. It is a byproduct of the process used to transform wheat into flour. It is a great source of fiber. It is high in vitamins and minerals, but low in calories and fat. With its nutty flavor and satisfying crunch, it can be enjoyed in a variety of ways. Sprinkle it on top of yogurt or oatmeal, add to smoothies or use it in baked goods like muffins and breads.
